2006
After some initial massproduction parts trading in 2005/06, the company ENGYNOVA (Thailand) Co. Ltd. was officially established in May 2006, with the goal to offer design and sourcing services for European companies out of Thailand.
2007
ENGYNOVA (Switzerland) GmbH was established.
Parallel, Thailand focused more and more on complete OEM machinery, mainly in Agriculture / Forestry equipment and heavy duty excavator attachments used at large construction sites.
2012
ENGYNOVA (Thailand) sold the OEM construction machinery & equipment business to Varsha Engineering Services (Thane / India), a specialist in automated parking systems. Subsequently, the Thai location was 2012/13 closed down and all remaining activities were placed at ENGYNOVA (Switzerland).
